Storage of manure after treatment by solid-liquid separator

The farm shall be equipped with solid manure and wastewater storage facilities respectively, and the manure storage facilities must be more than 400m away from the surface water body.

Livestock manure storage facilities shall be provided with obvious signs and fences and other protective measures to ensure the safety of human and livestock.

The storage facility shall have sufficient space to store feces. To set the reserved space, generally increase the depth or height by more than 0.5m on the premise of meeting the minimum capacity.

The minimum volume of solid feces storage facilities is the sum of the total amount of feces and the volume of bedding during the storage period; The minimum volume of liquid fecal storage facilities is the sum of fecal production during storage and wastewater discharge during storage.

When farmland, orchard, and fish pond are used, the minimum capacity of fecal sewage storage facilities shall not be less than the total amount of feces produced by the farm in the longest interval between local agricultural production and use (pig manure separator).

Dung and sewage storage facilities must be subject to anti-seepage treatment to prevent groundwater pollution. If the soil has high permeability, it can be excavated to a certain depth, and then backfilled and compacted with clay, plastic and other materials with high anti-seepage performance. If the proposed area has extremely high anti-seepage requirements, another cement mortar waterproof layer can be set.

After the construction of manure sewage storage facilities is completed, leakage test shall be carried out according to relevant regulations to ensure that its permeability meets the requirements. The tank wall material shall also have certain weathering and corrosion resistance.

It is necessary to avoid the influence of surrounding factors on the fecal storage facilities, such as a certain distance from shrubs and other plants, so as to prevent tree roots from extending into the pool and damaging the overall stability of the facilities.

Rain proof measures shall be taken for fecal sewage storage facilities.

There shall be no secondary pollution during storage.
