Therefore, a lot of cow dung is used as fertilizer, but it is difficult to store and transport because it contains a certain amount of moisture when collected. Therefore, it generally needs to be dehydrated and then made into fertilizer for fertilization. However, the existing dry cow dung extrusion device is inconvenient to feed. A large amount of cow dung is often added at one time and then the cow dung is squeezed. The water in the cow dung is squeezed out, but due to the accumulation of cow dung, a large amount of water remains in the cow dung after extrusion. The water extruded from the upper layer of cow dung penetrates downward, and during the penetration process, some water often remains on the surface of the lower layer of cow dung.

After the cow dung is squeezed, it needs to be manually removed and cleaned. The next cow dung extrusion and dehydration can be carried out only after the cow dung is cleaned. The work efficiency is low and the labor intensity of workers is high. During the extrusion process, part of the cow dung residue is mixed with water to form a solid-liquid mixture. If the solid-liquid mixture is discharged directly, it will cause a waste of resources and affect the environment.

During the breeding process of cattle, a large amount of cow excrement will be produced. With the development of society, in order to avoid the pollution of the environment caused by cattle excrement, people began to dehydrate the cow excrement. Then, the dehydrated cow manure is made into organic fertilizer, and the liquid is fermented.

However, the existing cow manure separator dehydrates and separates cow manure through a filter screen. Many filter screens and augers do not work well together, resulting in slower dehydration efficiency. Therefore, we have developed a new high-efficiency cow dung dewatering machine.
