New High-Efficiency Cow Dung Dewatering Machine

Dried cow dung contains 10%–20% crude protein and 1%–3% crude fat. Nitrogen-free extract 20%–30%, crude fiber 15%–30%. Therefore, it has high nutrients. Cow dung can loosen the soil and improve the compaction of the soil. Chelate trace elements in the soil and improve soil fertility.

Therefore, a lot of cow dung is used as fertilizer, but it is difficult to store and transport because it contains a certain amount of moisture when collected. Therefore, it generally needs to be dehydrated and then made into fertilizer for fertilization. However, the existing dry cow dung extrusion device is inconvenient to feed. A large amount of cow dung is often added at one time and then the cow dung is squeezed. The water in the cow dung is squeezed out, but due to the accumulation of cow dung, a large amount of water remains in the cow dung after extrusion. The water extruded from the upper layer of cow dung penetrates downward, and during the penetration process, some water often remains on the surface of the lower layer of cow dung.

After the cow dung is squeezed, it needs to be manually removed and cleaned. The next cow dung extrusion and dehydration can be carried out only after the cow dung is cleaned. The work efficiency is low and the labor intensity of workers is high. During the extrusion process, part of the cow dung residue is mixed with water to form a solid-liquid mixture. If the solid-liquid mixture is discharged directly, it will cause a waste of resources and affect the environment.

a Brief Introduction

During the breeding process of cattle, a large amount of cow excrement will be produced. With the development of society, in order to avoid the pollution of the environment caused by cattle excrement, people began to dehydrate the cow excrement. Then, the dehydrated cow manure is made into organic fertilizer, and the liquid is fermented.

However, the existing cow manure separator dehydrates and separates cow manure through a filter screen. Many filter screens and augers do not work well together, resulting in slower dehydration efficiency. Therefore, we have developed a new high-efficiency cow dung dewatering machine.

  • Advantage
  • The separation box facilitates the dehydration of cattle manure, and the support block facilitates the support of the drying box.
  • Multiple baking lamps in the drying box facilitate secondary dehydration of moisture-laden cow dung.
  • The feeding hopper facilitates the feeding of cow dung. On the one hand, the U-shaped filter plate facilitates the filtering of the squeezed liquid, and on the other hand, it facilitates the stacking of squeezed cow dung for auger transportation.
  • Screw press screen and separation plate facilitate dewatering and separation of manure.
  • The squeezing mechanism rapidly actively dehydrates cow manure, thereby speeding up processing.
  • At the same time, multiple baking lamps are combined to perform better secondary dehydration treatment of squeezed cow manure. The dehydration treatment of cattle manure is more thorough and more efficient.
  • The extruded cow dung is conveniently conveyed through the conveying mechanism. At the same time, it also provides convenience for secondary dehydration of cow manure.
  • The handle makes it easy to push the device, and the four universal wheels make it easy to move.
  • The two mounting blocks facilitate the stable installation of the trough, and the liquid outlet pipe facilitates the discharge of separated liquid.
  • Two inclined blocks prevent the bottom of the separation box from being drained cleanly, and four connecting blocks facilitate the fixation of the screw press screen.
