The cow dung dehydrated by the cow dung drying machine has a low moisture content, which is only 50-65. Installation Method Of Cow Dung Drying Machine 

  • Install the steel pipe, which shall be installed on the street host and clamped with steel pipe clamp to prevent falling off.
  • Install the feed pipe on the hydraulic transfer pump at the other end of the solid-liquid separator, and then connect the drain pipe. This is the completion of pipeline installation.When the cow dung drying machine is powered on, the switch of the main power supply must be turned off. When connecting the cable, pay attention to the color of the cable. Different colors correspond to the power lines of different parts (the red is the external power supply, the blue is the host power supply, and the yellow is the water pump power supply).
  • Adjusting the counterweight iron and the position of the counterweight iron can adjust the dry humidity of dry wet separation.
  • Be familiar with the functions of each button on the control panel of the scow dung drying machine for easy operation.
  • Test run the cow dung drying machine to see if the dry humidity of the separated particles meets the standard.
