Fermentation and decomposition of chicken manure treated by chicken manure separator

We all know that fresh chicken manure needs to be extruded and dehydrated by chicken manure separator first. Next, let’s talk about the following methods for fermentation and ripening of chicken manure treated by chicken manure dehydrator:

  • When the plastic bag is rotten, tie one end of a 7 ~ 8m long plastic cylinder with a thin rope and put it between the rows of vegetables. Put 150 ~ 200kg chicken manure into the bag from the other end, and leave appropriate space in the bag, not too full. Then, pour water into it. The appropriate amount of water is to submerge chicken manure. Then tighten the mouth and ferment. It can be completely decomposed in 5 ~ 6 days. Note that both ends of the plastic cylinder must be tied tightly so that the water in it does not flow out. If you want to speed up the speed of ripening and prevent incomplete ripening, you can add high fertility ripening agent into it. This method is simple and easy to operate, with fast ripening speed, and will not cause gas damage to the vegetables in the shed.
  • Pile up naturally rotten chicken dung. Spread the rotten chicken dung on the cement ground or the mud ground covered with plastic film, and pile the chicken dung into a long stack with a height of 1.5 ~ 2M and a width of 1.5 ~ 3M. The stack length depends on the size of the site and the amount of chicken dung. Add an appropriate amount of water (about 55%) and cover it with plastic film to make the compost naturally heat up to more than 50 ℃ and kill pathogenic bacteria and parasite eggs. Note that the manure pile should not be too closed to avoid the lack of oxygen and the inability of microorganisms to reproduce in large numbers. A certain amount of sawdust, rice husk or straw, wheat, corn and other crop straws can be mixed during ripening, and there is a certain gap between the film and the manure pile, so as to improve air permeability, supplement oxygen and promote the rapid and large-scale reproduction of microorganisms. Adsorbents such as calcium superphosphate, zeolite and raw soil can also be sprinkled into chicken manure to absorb the odor generated in the fermentation process.
  • The biological agent is decomposed as above, but before it is decomposed, the decomposition agent such as antibacterial 968 fertilizer is evenly sprayed on the chicken manure, and then piled or turned into the soil to quickly deodorize and decompose. This method is fast and effective in decomposing chicken manure.
  • Earthworm treatment: put specially raised earthworms into the device containing chicken manure, digest and discharge earthworm manure, and directly use it as fertilizer without fermentation. This method can save energy and make use of the ecological cycle of nature to make chicken manure harmless, but the treatment capacity is small and the water content of treated chicken manure is high.
  • A pool with a volume of about 2 cubic meters is built near the shed opening at the west end of the shed. Put chicken manure into the pool, add biological humectant with high fertility, and then wash and apply vegetables. However, in the greenhouse, it should not be carried out when the ventilation in the grid is limited in severe winter and cloudy and snowy weather, so as to avoid excessive accumulation of ammonia and other harmful gases generated in the process of decomposition in the shed and cause gas damage. This method is mainly aimed at the heat and carbon dioxide released by chicken manure in the process of ripening. These are the most needed vegetables in the shed in winter, which can be said to kill many birds with one stone.
