working principle:
he soft rubber hose continuously enters the machine from the dung tank through the feed inlet. After the dung enters the machine, the motor of structure 4 rotates to drive the reducer of structure 3. The function of the reducer is to ensure that the dung is fully stirred and extruded in the body, and the water in the dung is discharged from the outlet of structure 7 after extrusion, In order to maximize the extrusion pressure in the body to reach the function of the cow dung dehydrator, water overflow ports are reserved at the upper and lower ends of the machine. Generally, the remaining water is discharged through the overflow port at the upper end of structure II. According to the different conditions of customers, the discharge direction of the remaining water can also be adjusted by controlling the regulating valve at the overflow port of structure IX, Structure 5 is the overflow port at the lower end of the machine. Finally, the cow dung will be discharged from the tail. When enough dry cow dung is produced during the extrusion process of cow dung, the cow dung will squeeze the discharge port. The pressure bar at the discharge port of structure 8 and the self weight hammer equipped on the pressure bar begin to lift upward. The discharge port of structure 1 is opened, and the dehydrated dry cow dung can be continuously discharged from the machine.
